  The store is lovely and brand new but the customer service is minimal. Especially the young man has not a friendly word to say. No, "Hello, how are you?" or "Have a nice day" or any of the lovely greetings we enjoy here in Sooke. Just the price and a blank stare ... there are lots of friendly places to shop in and out of town; I wouldn't recommend this particular store to anyone.

  I love this new Petstore, everyone is so helpful, kind and loves there job!! I get a welcome and a greeting I come in every time, I have also used there bath salon and bathed my three schnauzers with my mom and my younger sister, made things SO much easier on us and our puppies loved it too!! It was like a spa for them!! Thanks Bosley's!!

  Merry Christmas! I purchased a coat for my daughter's doggie for Christmas. I purchased an XS and it was too small. I went to the store December 26th to exchange it for a small. They had a small in stock and I was told I have to wait until January to exchange it. I was told there was a disclosure on my bill this was not indicated on my bill or the gift receipt. I also explained that I live in Ontario and I am visiting. The dog lives in Calgary and is also visiting in the Sooke area. There was not one other person in the store at the time. I am very disappointed in absolutely NO SERVICE. I was told also that they were locked out of their tills. For a retail business this seems quite amazing. I would recommend Whiskers and Waggs down the street. Much better service!

  Very poor customer service with higher prices then other pet stores in Sooke.

  One of the first rules in your handbook is to greet the customer within the first 20 seconds or you lose the sale. I walked around the store for ten minutes and neither employee acknowledged me. Great customer service, guys. You might want to read that handbook again.
