    i live in this neighborhood and it's very nice, they have recently added some new trails, a pond, and a kids park. its super close to the town core and 2 schools for elementary age within walking distance. our house is 10 years old and we did have to fix a window leak for not being properly built. we also need to attach our stairs better since they weren't done to code we have now found out. the painting done on the home is perfect the lines are great even the hard stuff. the value of our home has gone up lots to so overall were happy with our purchase. there is a sing close to our house saying here will be a small store/cafe type thing being built in the future.
