  Best place ever for grooming. They listen to how we like our dog to be groomed, we have never been disappointed. Our "beyond senior" dog is a total jerk when it comes to his nails being trimmed, however Ww staff always manage to do the impossible. Our dog is always sooo happy when we pick him up, and the cost is affordable. Great staff great groomers and in turn a very happy dog

  Super friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable. I have special dietary needs for one of my dogs and they're always able to answer every question I throw at them, as well as carrying the foods that meet my needs. I also love that they go out of their way to carry Canadian brands and support local products.

  Always friendly and highly knowledgeable staff! Really impressed with food choices and care shown to our four legged friends. Prices are very competitive, in fact they are better than the large chain stores!

  Dont go here for grooming!! USED to love W & W. Previously had taken our dog to have her nails trimmed with no problem but when we went today it was traumatic. The groomer had poor communication skills and was very rough. She did not take anytime to build rapport with our dog at all. She almost choked her with the collar and she had her totally freaked out and shaking. Our dog isn't great with having her nails trimmed however I am very understanding of that and was extremely turned off by the approach. I'm also fairly laid back but I had to ask her to stop because our dog was choking on the collar while she pulled on her legs awkwardly. I have been to many groomers but none as seemingly insensitive. Honestly, it seemed like she did not really have any love for her job.

  Wow! Just picked up my 10 year old Bichon Frise and she looks fantastic! Lenny gave her the best hair cut she has ever had! Thank you Lenny! She is so very thorough and it only took just over 1 hour! Best grooming experience ever.
